We teach you how to be an entrepreneur by giving you the responsibility to direct and manage one of the subdivisions of our ranch. In each department, you will be challenged with unexpected scenarios facilitated by living in a remote wilderness location. Our Entrepreneurship Training is incredibly effective because we don’t limit your education to the theory of running a business. As the manager for one of these subdivisions, you will be responsible for ensuring that company-wide philosophy, stewardship of the land and sustainability initiatives continue to have a meaningful impact at every level.
And while this seems like a daunting task, you won’t have to “go-it-alone” like most first-time entrepreneurs. Instead, you will have the full support and extensive experience of our wilderness experience company as you learn how to be an entrepreneur. From the complex process of applying for government licences to the implementation of standardized operating procedures, we provide training and coaching in all aspects of running a wilderness experience business.
